About Us
John E. Uxer III is located on El Paso’s Northeast side within the El Paso Independent School District and is just ten minutes from Fort Bliss and Biggs Army Airfield.
The center opened May 25, 1998 and offers Full Day Preschool. The center serves children 3 years old, and infants and toddlers ages 0-36 months.
