About Us
Cesar Chavez Head
Start is located in El Paso’s Lower Valley within the Ysleta Independent
School District.
The center opened January 28, 1993 and serves children ages 3-4 years.
Cesar Chavez Head Start also offers Full
Day Preschool through the Region 19 Head Start and School District
School Readiness Partnership.
Transportation is available.
