About Us
John E. Uxer I Early Head Start (EHS) is located on El Paso’s Northeast side within the El Paso Independent School District and is just ten minutes from Fort Bliss and Biggs Army Airfield.
The center opened May 25, 1998 and serves infants and toddlers ages 0-36 months.
