The Information Technology (IT) service area is responsible for administering and maintaining all aspects of the program's technology infrastructure, networks, systems, and technical assistance services. It ensures the proper functionality and operability of all technology-related hardware and equipment; local area network, wide area network, storage, and wireless networks; computer systems; IP telephony system; digital signage system; security surveillance system; audio-visual system; and help desk system which provides technical support and assistance to all network users.
