Welcome! My name is Mrs. Martha Medina, and I am the Site Manager for John E. Uxer 3. My team and I are excited to welcome you to our school! I look forward to meeting every family and child in our classrooms and hearing about your summer. At Uxer 3, located in Northeast El Paso, we serve children aged 3 years and infants/toddlers aged 0-36 months. We are close to Fort Bliss, Biggs Army Field, and beautiful parks like Sue Young Park and Camp Cohen Water Park. We work with nearby elementary schools, including Bobby Joe Hill, Dolphin Terrace, Newman, and Parkland, to ensure your child’s smooth transition from Head Start to kindergarten. Your child's education is our priority, and we encourage Head Start parents and guardians to volunteer, as involvement positively impacts children’s learning and development.
