Welcome, parents! I am pleased to serve as your Center Manager of John E. Uxer I Early Head Start for the 2024-2025 school year! Located in El Paso's Northeast within the El Paso Independent School District, our center serves 80 infants and toddlers aged 0-36 months. My role involves ensuring the quality administration of daily operations and fostering a center of excellence for our children and families.

The teachers and staff at John E Uxer I EHS are dedicated to supporting the Head Start Vision and Mission, believing that we can significantly influence the future success of children and their families. Our goal is to empower parents by encouraging them to utilize all our program's services, including early childhood development, school readiness, and family well-being. I also encourage families to get involved in their children's education through cultural events, classroom volunteering, parent-teacher conferences, and other activities. I look forward to a productive and amazing school year for our children and families!
