About Us

Houston Head Start is located inside the College, Career and Technology Academy, on El Paso’s Central Side, in the El Paso Independent School District. 

The center opened in August of 2019, and serves children ages 3-4 years, and Early Head Start infants and toddlers ages 0-36 months. 

Houston Head Start serves teen parents and expectant teen mothers.
