Center Operations Services

The Operations service area is responsible for the ongoing planning and effective communication with Center Managers, and implementation support teams for timely intervention and follow-up to assure all 29 Regular and Early Head starts centers maintain compliance with all regulatory entities.

Operations service area is also responsible to uphold compliance with the center management's Licensing Directors Certification, License to operate, and maintaining a current database on regulatory inspections. Responsible for the development, coordination, and training on center ongoing monitoring; program self-assessment, and new employee training for center clerks, and center managers.

The service area also assists in addressing and making recommendations to resolve site parental concerns and the coordination set-up and scheduling of the monthly planning scheme. In addition, the service area is responsible for the development, collection, and distribution of center operations documentation for center closing and opening procedures, center master forms, and end-of-the-month center reports.
